The Courtyard

Still open. No longer carrying CBD products.

The Courtyard is still open on St. Croix. It no longer carries CBD products, and the CBD listing that used to live on this page is out of date.

In January 2026, the USVI made it unlawful to sell THCA, Delta-6, Delta-8, Delta-10, and other intoxicating hemp products without a license from the Office of Cannabis Regulation. DLCA ordered retailers to pull affected inventory. Plain, non-intoxicating CBD is still allowed, but the local retail market for it has contracted sharply. The USVI hemp & CBD guide has the full breakdown.

The path forward is the regulated cannabis program. OCR has issued ten Conditional Cannabis Dispensary Licenses across the three islands, including on St. Croix. No licensed sales have begun yet. OCR has said regulated sales will open in 2026. The St. Croix dispensary directory tracks each operator as it moves from conditional to open.
