What this site is

VIBE HIGH is an editorial publication covering cannabis policy, licensing, and culture in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We publish guides, news, and business directories. The site is operated from the USVI by Sean McGuire.

Not legal or medical advice

Our guides explain USVI cannabis law as we understand it, and we cite primary sources wherever possible. But statutes, regulations, and enforcement priorities change, and individual situations vary. Nothing on VIBE HIGH is legal advice or medical advice. If you have a legal question, talk to an attorney licensed in the USVI. If you have a medical question, talk to a practitioner.

Cannabis remains federally illegal in the United States, including in U.S. territories. We report on local law within that context.

Adults 21 and over

The site is intended for adults 21 and older. Some pages discuss adult-use cannabis, purchasing, and consumption. If you are under 21, please leave.

Directory listings

Business listings (dispensaries, cultivators, practitioners, retailers) are based on public records, regulator announcements, and operator submissions. We try to keep them accurate but we don't guarantee they are. License status, hours, addresses, and product availability can change. Confirm with the business before acting on anything you read here.

Operators can claim or correct a listing through the claim listing page or the contact form.

Third-party links

We link out to government sites, news outlets, advocacy organizations, and commercial partners. We don't control any of those sites and we aren't responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement except where we say so explicitly.

Intellectual property

The text and original photography on VIBE HIGH are © Sean McGuire and the contributors named on individual articles. You can quote short excerpts with a link back to the original page. For longer reuse, syndication, or commercial use, write to hello@vibehigh.vi.

Statute text, regulatory documents, and government photography are used under fair use or in the public domain as applicable.

We publish in good faith but the site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that everything is current, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
