The Harmony Collective is one of eight cannabis farms licensed on St. Croix. The same operator is also opening a dispensary on the island, which means once both sides finish build-out, their harvest moves straight to their own shelves at The Harmony Collective dispensary. Cannabis can’t legally move between the three USVI islands, so a St. Croix harvest stays on St. Croix.
