Nature Nurse is one of five operators on St. Thomas working toward opening day. They’re not selling yet, but they’ve cleared the licensing review and are preparing the storefront. We’ll update this listing the moment doors open.

They grow their own

Nature Nurse also holds a conditional cannabis cultivation license, one of five cannabis farms licensed on St. Thomas. Once the farm and the store both finish build-out, their harvest goes straight to these shelves. Cannabis can’t legally move between the three USVI islands, so what’s grown on St. Thomas stays on St. Thomas.

The farm isn’t planting yet. The cultivation licensee on file is Nature Nurse Virgin Islands, LLC, listed on the Office of Cannabis Regulation’s October 16, 2025 public notice awarding the first conditional Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Licenses. Source: OCR public notice.

On the OCR list

Nature Nurse appeared on the Office of Cannabis Regulation’s January 16, 2026 public notice. The licensee on file is Nature Nurse Virgin Islands, LLC. Source: OCR public notice.

Cannabis purchased on St. Thomas cannot legally travel to another island, not by ferry, not by seaplane, not in a checked bag. Is weed legal in St. Thomas?
