Virgin Abis is one of three operators on St. John working toward opening day, and one of two CBD-to-dispensary transitions on the island. The Mongoose Junction storefront in Cruz Bay used to be the local CBD shop; the same team is now preparing the regulated cannabis side. The owners are three permanent residents of St. John, two of them born and raised on the island. We’ll update this listing the moment doors open.
